Joe Schreder is a Master Carpenter, job site supervisor and construction project manager. Joe is a graduate from St. Cloud Area Vocational School specializing in construction drafting, technologies and estimating. Over the course of his 37-year career Joe has worked on various projects from Industrial, Mall of America, restaurants, ground up buildings, tenant build outs, churches, retail (large and small), residential (new and remodel) whole winning three NARI awards. Recently an ICF/SIPS project scoring .04 for air tightness.
Joe is excited to continue to building on his 15 years of SIPS (Structural Insulated Panel) and 7 years of ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) experience to build better, more efficient buildings.
Joe's passion is to maximize the efficiencies of today's products and processes with building science to create the best buildings we can as a team.
Joe lives in Isanti, MN with his wife Julie and two teenage children. Joe has two adult sons, Blake is a commercial journeyman carpenter, married with three young boys and Brant is a licensed inspector.
